Pengaduan Penyalahgunaan Wewenang

LAYANAN E-Sambat, Media Sambat Warga Kota Pasuruan

Aplikasi e-Sambat yang resmi di launching awal Januari 2022 lalu, masyarakat Kota Pasuruan bisa langsung mengadu dan mengeluhkan pelayanan publik. Dapat mengirimkan gambar atau foto dan juga memberikan mengirimkan lokasi secara jelas. Nantinya dinas terkait akan segera merespon dan menindaklanjuti keluhan dengan memberikan solusi. Masyarakat juga dapat memonitor sampai sejauh mana keluhan dan aduan ditindaklanjuti oleh dinas atau perangkat daerah.

Jika Anda mempunyai keluhan di Kota Pasuruan, silakan laporkan dengan cara sebagai berikut:

1. Melalui https://esambat.pasuruankota.go.id

Sebelumnya anda harus terdaftar dahulu dengan melakukan register

Admin pengaduan akan memverifikasi data laporan Anda dan akan menanggapi keluhan anda.

2. Atau melalui https://lapor.go.id/

Lengkapi formulir yang tersedia sesuai dengan petunjuk.

Jika laporan Anda memenuhi syarat/kriteria, maka laporan Anda akan diproses lebih lanjut. Anda tidak perlu khawatir terungkapnya identitas diri Anda. Kami sangat menghargai informasi yang Anda laporkan dan fokus kami adalah pada materi informasi yang Anda laporkan.
