Tugas dan Fungsi Atasan PPID Pemerintah Kota Pasuruan adalah bertanggungjawab terhadap tugas dan fungsi PPID serta bertanggungjawab atas penyelesaian sengketa di PPID dan di seluruh satuan kerja perangkat daerah.
Tugas :
Merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, melaksanakan, mengawasi dan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengelolaan dan pelayanan informasi di lingkungan satuan kerja
Fungsi :
Mengelola dan melayani informasi publik serta dokumentasi di satuan kerjanya.
Pengolahan, penataan, dan penyimpanan data dan/atau informasi publik yang diperoleh di satuan kerjanya;
Penyeleksian dan pengujian data dan informasi publik yang termasuk dalam kategori dikecualikan dari informasi yang dibuka untuk publik yang ditetapkan oleh Pejabat yang berwenang;
Pengujian aksesibilitas atas suatu informasi publik;
Penyelesaian sengketa pelayanan informasi;
Pelaksanaan koordinasi antar bidang dalam pengelolaan dan pelayanan informasi publik serta dokumentasi.
